OI MESH Support

Guidance for invited testers, account recovery and reporting problems during the private beta.

Private beta · iOS Build 5 baseline · Android preview prepared
01

Beta access

External TestFlight access is opened in controlled stages. If you have been invited, use the same Apple ID that received the invitation and look for the OI Mesh Friends testing group.

02

First conversation checklist

  • Install the latest available build and complete email confirmation.
  • Sign in to your existing account rather than creating a duplicate.
  • Confirm discoverability, then search for the other person’s exact OI Handle.
  • Send messages in both directions and verify read, background and recovery states.
03

If the app will not open

  • Confirm the installed build number in TestFlight.
  • Close the app fully and restart the device once.
  • Capture the device model, iOS version, time of failure and a screenshot or short recording.
  • Do not repeatedly create new accounts as a workaround.
04

Account and password

Use the password-recovery flow from the sign-in screen. For verification or access problems, contact support from the email address associated with your OI MESH account.

05

Report a defect or safety issue

Email support@oimesh.ai. For a security issue, use security@oimesh.ai. Include only the minimum information needed and never send your password.

06

Current beta boundaries

The current trusted baseline focuses on account flows, exact Handle discovery and one-to-one text messaging. Push notifications, attachments, groups, Connected Products and E2EE are later gated stages.
